    This may be the tangiest of all of the curds I have made.  It is sooooo delicious!  If you don’t have a grapefruit tree just buy a couple of pink grapefruits from the store.  Make sure you use the pink grapefruits for the sweetness!

    I absolutely love the texture of panna cotta and I love mangoes.  I decided to create something unique so I made homemade mango jelly and panna cotta and combined the two and came up with a deliciously unique dessert.

    This recipe is a nice change from pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving.  It’s nice and light to eat after a big turkey dinner.  You can omit the lavendar leaves if you want and just make the whipped cream, but I thoroughly enjoyed the slight hint of lavender in my whipped cream.
