I am a native Floridian and am a self proclaimed foodie who grew up in a big Irish-Italian family cooking alongside of my mother. I have been a flight attendant for 25 years and have flown around the world bringing back my global decadent style of cooking. I recently graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Scottsdale. I love to create and experiment with all exotic foods of the world. My goal is to teach you and to provide you with the most creative international recipes you will ever experience. Some “skinny” some “not so skinny”.
